Meet the owners

Welcome to Team Property Management.  Our owners, Dave and Missie Johnson, absolutely love pairing tenants with their family homes.  With a background in real estate and construction, Team Property Management is where dreams becomes homes.

Dave is a civil engineer who has a passion for everything about real estate starting with new construction, flipping homes, selling and buying real estate and property management.

His hobbies include church and spending time with his family.  Dave is an outdoor enthusiast and entrepreneur at heart.

Missie is the hands on member of the team. She deals with the day to day activities with both tenants and owners.  She has been a licensed realtor for over a decade.

She loves spending time with family, including their 2 young adult sons. Her and Dave reside on a small hobby farm.
